Who we are

This service is provided by Kobi Ai Tech, First Floor, 41-43 Stockton Road, Sunderland, SR1 3NR, United Kingdom. Website kobiai.tech, email kobi@kobiai.tech. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf and appear on your statement as “KOBI AI TECH”.

What this service is

A remote survey and project dashboard that helps you collect the photos and technical answers an MCS-certified installer needs, and lets you compare installer quotes and track your project. It is not a lender, credit broker, financial adviser, solicitor or installer.

What we cannot do

• We cannot apply for a Boiler Upgrade Scheme voucher or a loan on your behalf. BUS applications are made by your MCS installer; finance is between you and your lender.
• We do not recommend a specific lender, product, installer or loan term.
• We do not guarantee grant eligibility, a quote, a price or a saving.

Subscription

• Price: £9.99 per month, including VAT where applicable. It renews automatically each month until you cancel and includes 200 assistant tokens for each month paid.
• Payment: by card or wallet through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. A receipt is emailed for every payment and all invoices are available under “Manage billing”.
• Renewal reminders: your dashboard shows the next renewal date and amount, and we email you before each renewal.
• Cancelling: any time, online, from “Manage billing” in your dashboard — no call or letter needed. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month already paid.
• Cooling-off: you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a refund of that first payment, less a proportionate amount for any service you asked us to provide during that period. Use “Manage billing” or email us.

Tokens

New customers receive 100 free tokens (worth £5). Assistant questions cost 2 tokens. Free tokens have no cash value, are not refundable and are not transferable. Top-up packs (100 tokens £5, 300 tokens £12, 1,000 tokens £35, VAT included where applicable) are paid through Stripe. Paid tokens do not expire. An unused top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase from your dashboard; once any of its tokens are used it is not automatically refundable (contact us). The money-back guarantee covers subscription fees, not free tokens.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and photos you have the right to share. Do not upload other people's personal data. Quote figures and grant rules change — check official sources and your installer's written quote.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Email kobi@kobiai.tech with “Complaint” in the subject. We acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to give a final response within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you which alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider applies. This does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints about installation quality or workmanship are for your installer and its consumer-code body (for example HIES or RECC); BUS voucher issues are for Ofgem.

Liability

Nothing here is legal or financial advice. Statutory rights are unaffected. This prototype is provided as-is for evaluation.
