What we collect

Contact details, survey answers, photos you upload, documents you add, quotes and readings you log, subscription status and consent records.

Why

To prepare your installer pack, route it to installers you approve, run your dashboard and meet legal/audit obligations. Photos are re-encoded in your browser to remove location data where possible.

Who sees it

Only the installers you consented to, our support staff, and processors we use (hosting, email, payments). We do not sell your data.

Retention and rights

Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. We retain survey/consent records for the periods required for grant and audit purposes. Full notice and a Data Protection Impact Assessment are required before launch.
