We turn it into a structured pack and share it with a small panel of local, MCS-certified installers — contacted one at a time, because the BUS one-voucher rule allows only one active application per property — so they can quote from their desk. No pressure, no hard sell.

2. Complete the survey

Guided phone photos of the fuse box, boiler, roof, loft and the spot for the outdoor unit, plus the numbers an installer needs to size the job.

3. Get real quotes

Installers receive a photo pack with the flags that affect price — not a generic lead. You compare like-for-like quotes. Only the installer you choose applies for the BUS voucher, and only one voucher application can be active per property.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme rates are time-limited and change: from 21 July 2026, £7,500 for qualifying air- or ground-source heat pumps, £9,000 where you are off the gas grid and replacing oil or LPG (that uplift ends 31 March 2027), and no BUS grant for solar PV. Check the current rates at gov.uk before relying on them. Loan rates are set by lenders; eligibility is confirmed by the installer and lender, not by this form. How we are paid. Our service is free to you. When your installation completes, the installer pays us a fixed £999 marketing fee for preparing and introducing your survey. We are not a lender, credit broker or financial adviser: we do not arrange, advise on or negotiate your loan, and your finance application is made directly with the lender you choose. Why photos beat a visit

An installer can see the fuse board rating, the boiler model, the pipe size and the distance to the boundary from good photos. Those four things drive most of the price difference in a heat pump quote.

What the survey cannot replace

The installer still confirms the heat-loss calculation, the noise assessment (MCS 020) and the final design on site. Our job is to remove the wasted visits, not the checks.
