What it is

A rule-based assistant grounded in a curated, cited knowledge base about UK heat pump/solar grants, the Warm Homes Loan Scheme, consumer rights and your project. It labels answers with sources.

Limits

• It can be wrong or out of date. It does not give legal, financial or credit advice, and it does not make decisions about you.
• It cannot submit grant or loan applications, contact a lender for you, or recommend a lender/installer/product.
• It escalates legal disputes, debt difficulty, complaints and anything outside the knowledge base to a human.

Your choice

You can ignore the assistant and use the dashboard/human support. Ask for a human at any point.
